Broken Spark Plug Ceramic

As the title suggests i encountered a broken piston ceramic sheath shield as shown below.
Broken spark plug ceramic. When i was taking them out 3 of them broke. If you exceed the recommended torque the shell can shear off below the hex. You could also put a propane t. Btw the heat in the combustion chamber will not melt or in any way damage the broken bits of ceramic insulator.
